• Failure to pay the applicable service commission may result in the suspension of future services and legal recovery proceedings, where applicable.
• By accepting a job offer through our platform or referral services, the candidate agrees to pay the applicable service commission as stated above.
• The service commission is non-refundable once the candidate has joined the organization and received their first salary.

• Resumes uploaded must contain accurate information.
• False qualifications or misleading details are prohibited.
• Your resume becomes visible to employers when you apply.

• JobsRaj.com does not guarantee interview calls or job placement.
• Hiring decisions are solely made by employers.
• We are not responsible for employer conduct outside the platform.

• Submitting false applications.
• Harassing employers.
• Attempting to hack or misuse platform systems.
• Data scraping or automated resume harvesting.
