• Service not delivered due to verified platform fault.

All refund requests must be supported with transaction proof.

• Change of mind after purchase.
• Low response or hiring results.
• Listing removal due to policy violations.
• Incorrect information submitted by employer.
• Promotional campaigns already initiated.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
• Requests must be sent to help@jobsraj.com.
• Include transaction ID and reason for request.

Refund approvals are subject to internal review.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

JobsRaj.com reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the criteria defined in this policy.
