JobsRaj.com reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove any listing.

• Candidate data must only be used for recruitment purposes.
• Resumes must not be sold, shared, or stored outside legitimate hiring needs.
• Employers must comply with applicable data protection laws.

Any misuse of candidate data may result in immediate account termination.

• Business listings must be accurate and non-misleading.
• No illegal products or prohibited services.
• Listings may be publicly visible for promotional purposes.

Employers purchasing premium listings or promotional packages agree to:

• Pay applicable fees.
• Comply with platform policies.
• Understand that payment does not guarantee hiring results.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Harassing candidates.
• Collecting personal data for non-recruitment purposes.
• Attempting to bypass platform systems.
• Posting harmful or illegal content.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate employer accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or misuse of data.

Employers agree to indemnify and hold harmless JobsRaj.com from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from job postings, listings, or misuse of data.
